There is no stronger bond between men than an oath.

The oath is the highest form of human undertaking; its binding force exceeds that of any contract or promise because it appeals to conscience and to God.
Where this applies
- Someone broke their sworn oath and I want to hold them accountable.
- A government official took an oath of office but is acting contrary to it.
- The other party swore to tell the truth but clearly lied.
