Where the beginning and end of a transaction are proved, the law presumes the intervening steps occurred in regular order.

Where this applies

• I can prove the beginning and end of a transaction so the middle steps should be presumed.
• The starting point and result are proven so the process in between should be assumed regular.
• We know how it started and how it ended so the law should presume the steps in between were proper.
