No man shall profit, find shelter, or gain legal advantage through his own deceit — the law strips every benefit built on fraudulent foundations.
Where this applies
- A scammer is trying to use the legal system to keep the money they stole.
- Someone who committed fraud is claiming legal protections for their ill-gotten gains.
