Maxim 6.1.16

One cannot complain of having been deceived when he knew the fact and gave his consent.

Nemo videtur fraudare eos qui sciunt et consentiunt.

Explanation

Knowledge and consent together bar a claim of fraud — he who enters a transaction with full awareness of the facts cannot afterwards cry deception.
