Every jurisdiction has its own bounds.

Explanation

No jurisdiction is unlimited. The limits of jurisdiction are as important as the grant of jurisdiction. What is outside the boundary is beyond the power.

  • A court claims unlimited jurisdiction over all matters.
  • A government agency acts beyond the boundaries of its granted authority.
